Derek's been having a bad day; his colleagues don't think he tries hard enough, and his boss doesn't think he's putting in enough effort. After a nice cup of coffee, he thinks he can do better. Bloody murder and psychological torture make for an uncomfortable office environment as Derek reacts badly to his annual appraisal.
