In a world where Humanity doesn't know how to smile anymore, the Government has created the Smiles, a sort of neogeishas that only have one goal: to please their clients. Meiying MG-01 is the first model of a new series, but it has been created defective, because despite being able to do many more things than the others, she cannot smile.
