Short, Drama | A story about the substitutes in life that are meant to replace our real relationships with other people. At his girlfriend's urging, Tomek begins looking for a birthday present for their dog. Parallel to the story of searching for a gift for the dog, the action takes place in a pub. Tomek spends his time there, sitting at a table and taking notes in a notebook. In this way, he escapes from being at home with his girlfriend, and the events around him strangely resemble those that occur during the search for a gift for the dog.
