In a nuclear apocalypse where there is cannibalism all over the world due to the majority of food and water being radiated, the two brothers, Tyler, who is a man of God, and Alair, who is sick from radiation, are surviving together. Tyler is taking care of Alair, and in search of supplies, he encounters a gang of cannibals with mutant abilities who go after him and Alair.
