Pensioner Valentin Semyonovich lives in a cramped one-room apartment in old Khrushchyovka. After a while, thanks to his brownie Afonya, the man receives a three-bedroom apartment with repairs in a new building. Now he has to cope with the "smart" intercom, arrange housing and establish contact with neighbors.
