Steve Cape, reporting for RSPCT, is in the town square to interview members about the public about the upcoming election. He comes across some rather hysterical and angry characters from both sides of the political spectrum. But what really sends shocks through the radio airwaves is when he learns that author Buck McGee, whom he interviewed the previous day, has been murdered.
