Psychodramatherapist Solveig comes to the secluded island "Nidøy" for trying out the methods on the island's amateur theater company. A seemingly simple task is shaping up to be a trip to the "self" - and the beginning of a surreal, metaphysical and very Jungian trills fable when she meets the former girlfriend of the deceased, crazed theatre director.
