Garys father, Terry an ageing former rock star becomes a rather unsuitable babysitter when he seems more concerned with reliving his rock star past and playing loud guitar than looking after his grandchildren. Unfortunately, Toyah needs to practise for her grade 8 cello exam and, to make matters worse, Aretha becomes distraught when Terry insists he joins the band to perform his old embarrassing hit from the Seventies.
Unaware of the issues at home, Gary and Shalondra have their own troubles to contend with when they maroon their camper van in a muddy field full of angry cows.
