Adventure, Crime, Mystery | The commissioner proudly tells the press his precinct will guard most-wanted 'Raging' Ricardo de Razende for four days, each cop in turn. Ricardo's crafty accomplice 'Sly' Serafino de Sluwe impersonates doctor Van Tichelt. During a medical, he tells Toby he needs an ear aid and fits him with what's actually a remote mind control. Now Toby must steal the key and free Ricardo, without knowing it.
